I'm glad they toned down Izumi's bad luck in this episode, and that he didn't just fall into the river at random, and that he was able to save that little girl from being swept away. Poor Shikimori is getting beaten to the punch by the little girl kissing Izumi on the cheek. And then she freely offers an indirect kiss through ice cream, but her eternal rival Inuzuka snatches her chance with Izumi, justice for Shikimori! Lol

This anime is honestly so damn good I hope that Izumi's luck stays like this episode or at least be a bit more toned down like Joker said it just gives a little more of a realistic perspective instead of making it look like the world is actively trying to kill him lol. I want to say all his luck went to getting Shikimori but that theory was already debunked for a previous episode. xD
